FFIEC BSA/AML Examination Manual: What Compliance Officers Really Need to Know?

Recorded Session
60 Minutes

The FFIEC BSA/AML Examination Manual sets out how examiners assess a bank's Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering program. This 60-minute webinar works through every section of the revised manual to point out the changes and the areas where banks should review their internal policies, processes and procedures.

Topics include the AML risk assessment, the BSA/AML compliance program, the Customer Identification Program (CIP), customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence (CDD/EDD), and suspicious activity and currency transaction reporting. The session also shares exam best practices.
