Negotiation is a core skill for today's managers, and advanced negotiation skills matter more as deals get more complex. Many factors shape how a negotiation goes, including the gender and cultural backgrounds of the people at the table.
This 60-minute webinar looks at what experienced negotiators need to handle. Managers often have to build coalitions and may represent several stakeholders or team members at once, so the session covers multiparty negotiation, the influence of power, and how to deal with difficult people and difficult conversations.
It closes with ten best practices of negotiation that you can put to use in your day-to-day work.
